What are your nightly rates?

Short answer - they vary. Long answer - Our nightly rates are managed using a dynamic pricing app (called Pricelabs) that automatically discounts our rates when demand is low. Its always best to check our current rates and availability here.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3PM and check out is before 11AM. We can't promise early check in or late check out until day of arrival/departure but we try our best to accommodate requests when our availability allows.

Do you offer discounts on longer stays?

Yes! we automatically apply weekly and monthly discounts via on our booking page and across our booking platforms. We are happy to discuss further discounts on extended stays where our availability allows, just message us.

What's included in our stay?

Our Airstreams have everything you need and nothing you don’t, so that you can get right to enjoying your time outdoors. Each Airstream includes:

  • A super comfy queen size bed with fresh linens from Kate Fine Linens

  • An indoor bathroom with a hot shower and toilet

  • Airconditioning

  • Outdoor deck

  • kitchen with sink (with drinkable water), fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, vitamix blender, toaster, dishware and cookware.

  • Bath towels & Beach towels

  • High speed internet

  • Flatscreen TV with Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

  • Sonos or Marshall Speakers.

  • An outdoor fire pit and pingpong table.

  • Organic Biodegradable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from Aromas.

  • Free use of our beach cruiser Bicycles

Is there a daily housekeeping service at Airstream by the Sea?

We do not offer daily housekeeping service. If you would like a mid-stay housekeeping service this can be requested for an additional charge. Additional linens, towels, or anything else you might need is also available upon request for an additional charge.

Is there WiFi at Airstream by the Sea?

Yes, we offer complimentary high speed WiFi throughout the property and at each airstream, making it easy to connect with close friends and family to share your adventure.

Is there parking available?

Yes, each airstream has 1 dedicated off street parking space on the property. its well lit and we have a security camera.

Is Airstream by the Sea family-friendly?

Airstream by the sea is the perfect place to experience the outdoors with your family. All ages are welcome, we think everyone should have fond childhood memories of a family “camping” trip!

Are you pet friendly?

We love dogs 🐶! Airstream by the sea welcomes all well-behaved dogs with their owners for an additional fee of $50.00. There is a 2-dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight each and we ask that you comply with a few simple requests.

  • Dogs are prohibited on the bed, sofa and furniture.

  • Dogs are not left alone in the accommodation.

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.

  • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog.

  • Guests must bring your dogs bowls and bed.

  • Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed.

How many guests can stay in each Airstream?

Each trailer has a queen size bed and an additional sofa bed that’s perfect for an extra traveller or 2. Alternatively you can rent the entire property with both Airstreams to sleep a maximum of 7.

Do the Airstreams have AC?

Yes! Each airstream has a Coleman mach 15,000 BTU air conditioner which quickly and easily cool the interior spaces down to comfortable levels.

How far from the beach are you located?

We are less than a 5 minute walk to Playa Guiones north entrance. we are also about a 5 minute walk to most of Nosara’s shops and restaurants too.

Is there a workspace inside?

Each airstream has a dedicated workspace and stool for those that need to work while visiting. we even have LAN connections if you need a super stable internet connection.

Is there somewhere safe to store my surfboard?

Yes, we have a secure surfboard bodega with coded access with space for over 10 surfboards.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

We ask 25% booking fee due at time of booking which is earned on receipt and becomes nonrefundable 24 hours after booking. The remaining Accommodation fee, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes are charged 14 Days before check-in and are non-refundable on receipt. Rental payments (less the 25% booking fee).

No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel less than 14 days before the first night of your reservation, arrive after the first night of your reservation, or depart before the last night of your reservation. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no refunds or compensation will be given and ABTS shall not be liable to you for failure to make the property available for occupancy if the property is unavailable or becomes partially or wholly unusable for any reason outside ABTS’s control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, evacuation orders or other acts of government agencies, or utility outages. ABTS advises guests to obtain appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance that covers Renter and all Occupants and that includes coverage for personal injury, illness or disease, and property damage or loss.
